Patented ( SX-COMB ) fill design.
Energy cost, the thermal design point, and water
quality are example of factor which influence the
choice of fill.
Base on these customer’s concern, the patented (SX-COMB
) fill design used in the JNT series have been specially
designed to induce highly turbulent mixing of the
air and water for superior heat transfer and to
have strong resistance against to decay or biological
attack.
This fill is thermally formed from rigid polyvinyl
chloride (PVC), and a higher temperature fill is
available for water temperatures exceeding 55’C.
Patented (SX-COMB ) waved fill design significantly
increases cooling tower efficiency as its expansive
surface area accelerates cooling. This increased
efficiency translates to reduced pump head and horsepower
requirements. The special configuration of the filler
incorporate the function of drift eliminator, louver
and heat exchanging surface, make JNT be more compact.
The honeycomb shaped louver feature contributes
minimum resistance to airflow.
High efficient air-foil axial fan.
Airfoil-shaped blades are totally fabricated from
extrusion Aluminum Alloy. Fan hubs are fabricated
with hop-dip galvanized circular plate. The aerodynamic
shape together with the lower tip speed ensure a
lower noise level. The fan are adjustable for in
pitch for permitting maximum utilization of rated
horsepower and optimum performance. High efficiency
with lower tip speed and light weight design ensures
low power consumption and low noise and guarantee
100% performance (after Dynamic Balancing Machine,
it guarantee the low vibration operation)

noise fan application is available, which made by
FRP material.
Water distribution system
JNT water distribution system consist of gravity
distribution with large orifice nozzle, which greatly
reduce clogging and assure constant performance
capacity between maintenance interval. When nozzle
cleaning is required, each nozzle can be easily
removed in place and cleaned.
They are engineered to produce maximum uniformity
of water dispersion with the minimum vertical distance
by deflecting water flow vertically and laterally,
offering more available tower height for fill slat
installation
* Distribution basin covers are serviced as the
standard, it prevent the water to be exposed to
airborne debris which reduces dirt accumulation
in the distribution basin.
Single piece Casing & Basin
FRP basin and casing with single piece guarantee
leak free operation and corrosion protection. The
basin is leak tested at the factory and is provided
two years leakproof guarantee. Basin and casing
contain stabilization material resisting ultraviolet
radiation, therefore they have smooth and clean
surface, it is able to bear aging, with a high polish
going through a long time.
Mechanical part
*. Pulley is tested dynamic balancing method guarantee
the quiet operation without vibration.
*. JNT cooling tower’s grease Lubricator can provide
the grease automatically and continuously for the
fan shaft bearings. Fitting is located outside Fanstack,
It saves a lot of manual work and makes the maintenance
more efficient.
*. Totally enclosed bearing with heavy duty self-aligning
ball type is designed for a minimum 75,000 hours
life span. Cast iron housing and flexible cap protect
the bearing from extreme environmental attack such
like rain, vibration and various kind of impact.
Factory assembled
JNT cooling tower delivered as finished product.
Using hooking and fork-lifting, its installation
will be done in shortest leading time. JNT series
which tested by factory quality controlled process,
provide equal performance and durability comparing
other field erected cooling tower. This also provides
consistent, high quality construction, guarantees
each unite performs as tested in the lab.
Assembling on factory site can also evade the traditional
mistakes committed when assembling under the poor
site circumstance.
Reliable Mainframe
JNT heavy duty steel structural framework are designed
to meet the customer’s requirement for bearing the
extreme wind and impact circumstance. Comparing
existing cooling tower, JNT decrease the parts in
quantity more than 30%. With JNT, less is more,
fewer parts means reduced assembly labor requirement
and maintenance, that is lower total cost.

Velocity recovery stack
For incremental thermal performance, JNT series
adopt velocity recovery fan stack. This application
can be used to gain extra capacity in tight layout
with same horse power.
Fan guard made according to ANSI safety standard,
perfectly provide the safe maintenance condition
to the engineer against the any danger caused by
fan operating.
Stainless Steel Strainer
Stainless strainer protect your air conditioning
system such like pump, pipe against physical attacking
by debris. It is installed inside of correction
pit as the part, it is very easy to attach and dis-attach.
It also prevent the voltex may give the damage to
water pump, guarantee the long life span of your
air-condition system.
Easy fill cleaning and replacement.
Integrated with eliminator and louver ,JNT fills
are hung by galvanized steel support bar which passes
through the fill. JNT compact small package design
advantage is easier to be taken out the fill for
cleaning. JNT series cooling towers service easy
fill replacement with just simple work.
Mechanical parts protection
In due to cooling tower are installed outside, therefore
mechanical parts are always exposed extreme circumstance
such like rain, winds, sunbeams etc. JNT Mechanical
parts are perfectly protected from any danger with
pulley cover, motor cover, belt cover and any others
protective equipment.
Largest working platform
JNT Series provide largest working platform for
maintenance work. The platform is located between
two access door of the cooling tower for easier
inspection. Access door is made of F.R.P. and it
has sufficient size to enter into tower without
inconvenience. This advantage allows the maintenance
without shuting down the cooling tower.
